What I also like about the franchise is the continued support I receive with good communication. Regular meetings are a nice relaxed friendly atmosphere. If I have any problems I can always pick up the phone and Matt will give me as much time as I need.
Admittedly I had my doubts about leaving my old job for security reasons and worrying whether I would have enough work etc. However, within two months I was fully booked and in fact I am now having to tell the franchise team to stop sending pupils. I put this down to the dedicated hard work that they put in to make sure the instructors are happy and consistently booked up.
